  4.  x1 = ρ·cos φ·cos α + ρ·sin φ·sin α;  y1 = ρ·sin φ·cos α - ρ·cos φ·sin α;
  5.  x1 = x·cos α + y·sin α; y = - x·sin α + y·cos α.
